Will there be period-over-period data the first time I use it?

When you generate the first report, there is no historical baseline yet, so no period-over-period changes will be shown. However, Mobbi will note this in the first report. Starting from the second monitoring cycle, every report will automatically include a comparison with the previous data, including increases, decreases, and trend arrows.

Can I monitor multiple accounts at the same time?

Absolutely. You can provide multiple account usernames at once, and Mobbi will collect the data in batches to avoid scraping failures. In the end, it will combine all account data into one high-resolution visual chart for easy side-by-side comparison.

What time are the daily reports delivered?

By default, reports are delivered in the morning based on your local time zone, so you can review the previous day's account performance first thing in the day. If you need a specific delivery time, just tell Mobbi in the chat and it will schedule the task accordingly.

What happens if abnormal account data is detected?

Mobbi automatically flags data anomalies in the report, such as sudden drops in views, unusual engagement fluctuations, or possible shadow bans. These alerts are highlighted clearly in the report to help you spot problems quickly and take action right away.
