These development terms apply to Mobbi, a creative AI workspace. Deployment operators must replace or approve them with qualified counsel before production launch.
Use the service only for lawful content and workflows. Do not attempt to access another workspace, bypass security controls, disrupt the service, infringe intellectual-property rights, or generate prohibited content.
Users retain rights they hold in their prompts and uploaded media. Users are responsible for having permission to use submitted content. The service may process that content solely to provide requested features and operate the platform.
AI and mock-provider output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Users must review output before publishing or relying on it. The service does not guarantee uniqueness or rights clearance.
Users are responsible for account security and workspace invitations. Access may be suspended for security, abuse, or legal reasons. Production operators must define billing, termination, retention, and dispute terms before accepting customers.
This Phase 1 implementation is provided as development software without a production service-level commitment.
